Can I choose when Tako corrects me?
Yes. Choose Instant feedback for supported corrections during the conversation, or After-call feedback to keep the conversation flowing and review corrections when it ends.
Will Tako try to change my accent?
No. An intelligible accent does not need to be removed. Pronunciation feedback focuses on making speech easier to understand and may be imperfect.
Does Tako store my raw audio?
Tako does not store raw audio on its own server. Google processes live audio. Tako stores transcripts and feedback needed for your review and progress.
Does Tako replace a teacher?
Tako is a convenient practice partner. It is not an accredited course, test, or replacement for professional teaching when you need it.
